PERSONAL DATA AGREEMENT

By this document, the Customer, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data," expresses their unconditional consent to the processing by the Seller — Individual Entrepreneur Marenin Artyom Konstantinovich, hereinafter "Kadril," for the purposes of accounting for the information provided by the customer in databases, conducting statistical research, as well as research aimed at improving the quality of products and services for their delivery to the customer, conducting marketing programs, including for the promotion of goods, works, and services, informing the customer about new goods and services (for example, by sending various informational publications, invitations to product presentations, messages about innovations, terms) using various means of communication, namely: postal mail, email, telephone, SMS/MMS messages.

The Customer permits the following actions to be performed with the above-listed personal data: collection; systematization; accumulation; storage (in electronic form and on paper); clarification (updating, modification); use; dissemination (including transfer) of their personal data to authorized persons and counterparties of the Seller "Kadril," including cross-border transfer of personal data, while authorized persons and counterparties of the Seller may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of agreements concluded with them in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data"; when transferring the specified data, authorized persons and counterparties of the Seller are obliged to warn in writing the persons receiving personal data about compliance with legislation on personal data; depersonalization (elimination of individual characteristics of data); blocking (temporary cessation of collection, systematization, accumulation, use, dissemination, transfer); destruction without the possibility of restoring the content of data in databases, on electronic and material media; use of software tools for working with personal data, data automation tools specially developed on the order of the Seller "Kadril" or without the use of such tools, while using methods of data processing including, but not limited to, automatic matching of postal codes with a code database, automatic checking of the spelling of street names, populated areas, segmentation of the database according to specified criteria.

This consent to the processing of personal data is valid for 2 years with automatic renewal each time for a period of 2 years, unless the consent is withdrawn by the customer in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" by providing a written application or an application sent to the email address of the Seller "Kadril" indicated on its official website https://kadrilshoes.ru/.
