Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Consent to the processing of personal data to handle a request and contact me back

By ticking the box in a form on the site (call back request, feedback, wholesale price request), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Operator consent to process my personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» on the following terms.

1.1. Purpose: handling my request and contacting me about it.

1.2. Data: name; phone number; comment text, if provided; the page address the request was sent from, date and time, a technical visit identifier (cookie).

1.3. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.

1.4. Methods: mixed processing, with and without automation tools. The data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

1.5. Term: until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the request, or until the consent is withdrawn.

1.6. Withdrawal: send a statement to kadrilobyv-kostum@yandex.ru or by post to the Operator's address. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Consent to the processing of personal data to place and fulfil an order

By ticking the box when placing an order on the site (in the cart or «Buy in one click»), I give the Operator consent to process my personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ on the following terms.

2.1. Purpose: placing the order, contacting me to confirm it, delivery, payments, performance of the sale contract, handling claims, exchanges and returns.

2.2. Data: name (full name of the recipient, if provided); phone number; email; delivery address; order comment, if provided; order contents, cost and history, a technical visit identifier (cookie). A one-click order requires only a phone number.

2.3. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer in the cases listed below, blocking, deletion, destruction. Methods: mixed processing.

2.4. Transfer: the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number are transferred to the delivery service (Russian Post, including EMS).

2.5. Term: while the order is being fulfilled and no longer than 5 years after that, or until the consent is withdrawn. Documents that must be kept by law are kept for the statutory periods.

2.6. Withdrawal: send a statement to kadrilobyv-kostum@yandex.ru. After withdrawal the Operator may continue processing the data needed to perform an existing contract and comply with the law.

What these consents do not include

These consents do not include consent to receive advertising or newsletters. A newsletter is sent only after a separate subscription with a separate checkbox, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
