Personal Data Processing Policy

Version of 21.10.2026. The Russian version of this Policy prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes what personal data is processed on https://kadrilshoes.ru/ and its regional subdomains (the Site), why, on what legal basis, for how long and to whom it may be transferred. It is drawn up under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» (the Law).

2. What data we process and why

2.1. Requests via site forms (call back, feedback, wholesale price)

Data: name, phone number, comment (if provided), page address, date and time, technical visit identifier (cookie).
Purpose: handling the request and contacting you back.
Legal basis: consent (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of the Law).
Term: until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years, or until consent is withdrawn.
Recipients: none. Data is stored on the Site server at the hosting provider REG.RU LLC (Russia).

2.2. Orders (cart and one-click purchase)

Data: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order comment, order contents and cost, technical visit identifier (cookie). One-click purchase: phone number only.
Purpose: placing and fulfilling the order, delivery, payments, order status notices, claims, exchanges and returns.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (clause 5, part 1, article 6 of the Law), consent (clause 1), legal obligations including accounting (clause 2).
Term: while the order is fulfilled and no longer than 5 years after that; statutory documents are kept for the statutory periods.
Recipients: Russian Post (including EMS) receives the recipient's name, address and phone. When paying by invoice, payer data is received by the bank you pay through. Hosting: REG.RU LLC (Russia).

2.3. Personal account

Name, email, password (stored as a hash), profile data you enter yourself, order history. Purpose: registration, sign-in, order history, password recovery. Basis: performance of a contract at the user's request (clause 5). Term: while the account exists; it can be deleted on request. Not transferred.

2.4. Newsletter

Email address. Purpose: news, articles and promotions. Basis: consent given by a separate checkbox in the subscription form (clause 1; part 1, article 18 of the Federal Law «On Advertising»). This consent is not part of the request and order consents or the offer terms. Term: until you unsubscribe. Not transferred.

2.5. Reviews

Name, email, review text, rating, photo (if uploaded). Purpose: publishing the review. Basis: consent. Name, text, rating and photo are published, email is not. Term: while the review is published or until consent is withdrawn.

On the first visit the Site shows a notice where you can accept all cookies, keep only necessary ones or choose categories. You can change your choice at any time via the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of each page. The choice is stored in the kadril_cookie_consent cookie for 6 months.

Necessary (always on): PHPSESSID (session, cart, sign-in, up to 1 year), _csrf (form protection, until the browser is closed), _identity (remember sign-in, if chosen), kadril_cookie_consent (your choice, 6 months).

Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) runs on all pages to count visits and analyse the Site. It uses cookies and collects data on actions on the Site, IP address, browser and device data. You can opt out via browser settings or the Yandex instructions.

Analytics (only with your consent): Matomo (statistics hosted on the server of the Operator's website promotion contractor), Top.Mail.Ru (VK LLC, Russia), Calltouch call tracking.

Marketing and third-party services (only with your consent): VK retargeting pixel (VK LLC, Russia); embedded VK Video, YouTube (Google LLC, USA, data may be transferred outside Russia) and Yandex Maps. While this category is off, a placeholder is shown and the service loads only after you click «Show».

Legal basis for analytics and marketing: consent (clause 1). After withdrawal these services stop loading on subsequent page views; previously stored cookies can be deleted in the browser.

2.7. Technical data

The Site server logs IP address, request date and time, page address and browser data to keep the Site working and secure. Basis: the Operator's legitimate interest (clause 7, part 1, article 6 of the Law). Not transferred except as required by law.

3. Processing conditions

3.1. Only data needed for the stated purposes is processed. 3.2. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, clarified and retrieved using databases located in Russia. 3.3. Data is not disclosed publicly except for reviews with their authors' consent; no decisions with legal effect are made solely by automated processing. 3.4. Protection measures: HTTPS, access limited to staff who need it, passwords and access rights for the admin area, backups. 3.5. When the term expires or consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed or anonymised within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

4. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, demand clarification, blocking or destruction, withdraw consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send requests to kadrilobyv-kostum@yandex.ru or by post. The Operator replies within 10 working days.

5. Changes

The Operator may change this Policy. The new version applies from publication on this page.
