Warranty and returns. Costs of delivery and return of products are paid by the buyer.

The date of delivery is considered to be the date indicated in the shipping documents confirming acceptance of the goods by the transport company or Russian Post. From that moment, the supplier's obligations regarding delivery of the goods are considered fulfilled in full.

You may exchange the goods or return them to us under the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within fourteen days (the count starts from the moment the order is delivered to the buyer or from the moment of purchase).

Please note that exchange and return are carried out only in the following cases: if the goods were not used, if you have retained all accompanying documents (cash receipt, invoice, goods receipt, courier receipt, etc.), as well as packaging and tags, and if the goods were not made to individual measurements. Goods manufactured to individual measurements are not subject to exchange or return, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please pay special attention: all footwear made of golden, silver, and beige leather is not subject to exchange or return. In addition, according to the list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return and exchange for an analogous product in the edition of government resolutions of 20 October 1998 No. 1222 and of 6 February 2002 No. 81, textile goods (linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fabrics, ribbons, lace, braid), as well as sewn and knitted (hosiery, underwear) items are not accepted for return or exchange.

All goods offered by us have the necessary documents, which it is recommended to keep.
If you notice a defect on the item due to the manufacturer's fault, you should keep the packaging and the commercial appearance of the item. In this case we suggest contacting us at +7 (963) 888-90-03 or sending a letter to e-mail: kadrilobyv-kostum@yandex.ru with a description of the defect and (if possible) a photograph. We accept claims within two days from the moment of purchase or receipt of the goods by you. In this case, the costs of delivering a new item to you will be borne by us.
