This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between IP Marenin A.K. (Kadril online store) and a natural or legal person (hereinafter — «You», «Your») in the area of providing and processing Personal Data.

IP Marenin A.K. processes Your personal data on the terms that are the subject of this Privacy Policy.

Processing of Your personal data is carried out by mixed processing of personal data without transfer and with transfer over the internal Kadril network, with transfer and without transfer over the Internet.

IP Marenin A.K. undertakes to ensure confidentiality and security when processing Your personal data.

If You withdraw consent to processing of personal data, IP Marenin A.K. deletes Your personal data and does not use them thereafter.

In cases provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, processing of personal data is carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy is carried out by You checking the corresponding box “I agree to the terms of service provision and processing of my personal data ” during registration on the Site and constitutes Your consent to processing of personal data, and constitutes Your written consent to processing of personal data».

Consent to collection and use of information

When You join us as a user of our Services, we ask you to provide personal information that will be used to activate Your Account, provide You with Services, interact with You regarding the status of Your Account, and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.   • assessment of effectiveness of measures taken to ensure security of personal data before putting the personal data information system into operation;
  • detection of facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures;
  • restoration of personal data modified or destroyed as a result of unauthorized access;
